1. GENERAL 1.1 All sales of Hommage Records are governed by these Terms and Conditions ("T&CS"). 1.2 By placing an order, the client confirms he understands our T&Cs and accepts them. 1.3 Products purchasable from Hommage Records are: CDs (new), records (new and second hand) 1.4 Web shop prices are in Norwegian Kroners (NKR). The Currency tool will only indicate the equivalent price in other currencies for information purposes. 1.5 Norwegian law applies. All disagreements between the parties (Hommage Records and its clients) can only be settled before a Norwegian court at Hommage Record’s legal seat. 1.6 Diverging agreements between Hommage Records and its clients can only be made in writing.
2. PURCHASE OF GOODS 2.1 All articles offered by Hommage Records are free of obligations. We reserve the right to change prices of articles or to stop selling certain articles. 2.2 Prices are exclusive of cost of shipment and costs of payment. 2.3 By placing an order via our web shop, you enter a legally binding contract with Hommage Records. This contract enters into force as soon as Hommage Records have received a completed order form from you.
3. TERMS OF SHIPMENT 3.1 Shipment will be made after payment has been made in full. The date of payment is the date our bank account gets credited. 3.2 Goods will be usually sent out within a few working days after receipt of payment. Exceptions are possible and delivery times depend on the availability of the article. Hommage Records cannot be held liable for possible delays. Furthermore, Hommage Records cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events that count as “force majeure” like acts of terrorism, strikes, natural disasters etc. Should there be a delay the client will be notified by Hommage Records. If Hommage Records are unable to deliver within a reasonable time, the client is free to cancel their order. Payments will be refunded. 3.3 Hommage Records cannot be held responsible for the occurrence of possible extra costs (like e.g. customs if the goods are shipped outside Norway). These costs will be carried by the client. 3.4 The client will gain ownership of the goods the moment they have been paid in full. The risk of transport is for the client. Delivery terms are "ex-warehouse Oslo, Norway".
4. RETURN POLICY 4.1. Goods can be returned within a period of 14 days after receipt. 4.2. New articles can only be returned if they are still sealed/unused or they prove to be faulty. 4.3 If the client chooses to return the goods, shipment cost both ways will be for him (unless the product is faulty). 4.4 Refunds will be made after receipt of the goods and thorough inspection. |
